As the owner of Scent of Life, I am really excited to announce that I now have a boutique style apothecary store right here in Melbourne. I have been really busy working on setting this store for the past few months and I am so ecstatic that its finally here.
I have always wanted to be able to offer custom blended aromatherapy blends not just for my clients whom I work exclusively by appointments only but also with anyone who needs personalised service and wants that face to face connection.
Right now I am able to do that in person at my Scent Bar. I will also be concentrating on my own personal line of aromatherapy and natural perfumery products as well as featuring natural perfumers from all around the world and their artisanal work at the store. These are whom I have established an on going connection and relationship through my accreditation with the International Perfume Foundation who love creating and working with only natural plant aromatics and who share my principles and ethics in this area.
The Scent Bar
The purpose of the scent bar is to offer an olfactive experience that is fun and exciting – sniffing and spritzing beautiful scents can make people happy. I will be able to customise a blend for a massage or facial which will be offered here in April, as well as have a custom blended body lotion, cream, oil or salt soaks to take home. This will become the place for making perfumes as well as blends for therapeutic benefits.
The store is located at No 3/493 Toorak Road, Toorak Village, Melbourne. Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing more information on what is happening in the store such as the aromatic treats and giveaways, events and workshops.
