BATH vs SHOWER ————————— 🚿🛀🚿🛀🚿🛀🚿🛀🚿🛀🚿 Though Hippocrates recommends daily aromatic baths for wellbeing, I for one am not a bath person. I just can’t relax in a bath - that’s just me. 🚿 I take aromatic showers. Have you tried them? Try adding 3-4 drops of your favourite blend or single essential oil on the corner of the shower floor. 🚿 The steam and heat from the shower helps release the aroma and permeate your entire bathroom and that can take your showertime to another level. Its just a wonderful way to either start the day or wind down for the evening. So easy and so good for the soul. 🚿 Here a few of my favourite oils that I use regularly:💦🚿💦 💧Citrus oils- helps detox emotions and negative vibes. 💧Rosemary - for mental fatigue, clearing headspace 💧Guardian Angel (my blend ) - simply divine, I feel protected. 💧Lavender - in the evening to relax & unwind 💧Immunity (another personal blend ) - when I need a little help with seasonal allergies, congestion and to support my respiratory & immune system. 🚿~🚿~🚿~🚿~🚿~🚿~🚿~🚿 How about you?
