Winter Wellness session focussing on cultivating daily self-care rituals with plant aromatics to support wellbeing during the cold wintery months.
During this session, I will be sharing the Winter’s Scent that can give us comfort, strength and protection to support our respiratory and immune system as well as nurture and energise body, mind and spirit.
You will get to experience these aromatic oils and learn how you could create blends and introduce them in your day to day living.
You will also discover how you could incorporate the power of “Scent” strategically in several practical applications as a daily aromatic self-care ritual for your wellbeing.
It will benefit not only yourself but also your loved ones as you bring the aromatic impact into your home to promote optimism and positivity during the cold and Wintery days.
I will be introducing some powerful essential oils to support your winter wellbeing and selfcare during this workshop and at the end of the session you have the opportunity to have a 1:1 time with me if you wish to purchase a custom blend.
